The challenge was to develop a training and education platform within 8 weeks. Training and education needed to be managed by different departments.
We started with customer interviews of the different departments. Furthermore, we studied the data of the training and education courses. This allowed us to make adjustments in filters and labelling.
Important for the short time frame was that despite the different data, the same character styles and components were used. For this, we created a design system.
The low-fidelity prototype allowed us to test with different people to improve the design. Mainly ways of filtering and labelling were adjusted. After adjusting, we worked on the high-fidelity prototype. Here we completed the design system with colours. And we could also add more accents through colour. After successful testing the prototype, the developer could easily develop the components with the design system.
